Shi Du - My first break in Beijing

Shi Du, the first place I ever visit out of Beijing City. Peggy, my Business Center Manager took me to this beautiful place. The scenery is beautiful and the food, yummy yummy, all home cook first.

However the journey was long, took us about 2 hours to get there by bus. My god, you should see the amount of people queuing for bus and the squeeze all the way to get on it.

We had wonderful day there and just enjoy the scenery and the food. My god, been drinking and drinking, finally got drunk.

Bad luck, on the way home, our bus broke down and waits 30 mins for another bus to pick us up. The worst thing is no seat left, been standing all the way home. Never in my life have I had to throw out in a bus. What a shame!!

Even with all these, it is still a wonderful outing that we had! Thank you Peggy for the arrangement.

Beijing Olympic 2008 - Life Time Experinece

The Beijing Olympic 2008, it's a life time experience. I never though that I will be able to be part of it.

The one whole month of being with the IOC Executive Board Committees, is not an easy job. With sleepless nights, long working hour and to serve all the Head of State and Royalties, it's an unforgettable experience.

The best thing ever happen to me is I was given the chance to watch the opening of the Beijing Olympic 2008 and being inside of the bird nest for the historical moment.

I must say I am impressed with the opening ceremony, as what China can or have done on that night.

I'm so happy to receive all the souvenirs, which you will never ever get to buy them from anywhere.

It is a life time experience, opportunity and to be part of it.

Good bye Malaysia, here I come Beijing!!!

It's sad for me to leave my family, colleagues and friends, as I will have to move to Beijing to start my new job.

Is a difficult decision for me to make, in order to take up this new job!! All in this new city, without any one who I can depend or talk to.

China, a country that never in my mind that I would end up. Must be faith, therefore given the opportunity to have this opportunity for the exposure and to start a new life as expatriate.

After staying in the hotel for 3 weeks, I finally found my own apartment. Where my new home, it's a 2 bedroom apartment just about 100 sqm. Never thought the rental would be so expensive, cost me RMB8000 per month. I must says I like it so much and it is not easy to find a place where is convenience and your like it. Managed to find this place only after viewed more than 40 units of apartment.

I have spend weeks to decorate the place, finally it is where a place a called my HOME SWEET HOME!!!

Here I come again!!

Here I come again, after months, finally I decided to find time to continue to update my blog.

Life have been so busy at work and boring for my personal life. I decided I must do something about it and change. So the best way is to update my blog and share all my feeling and encounter with all of you.

Koh Samui, Here I Come!!

After being stress out for months at work, I finally decided to take a break wend for a vacation!!

Guess what, I went to Koh Samui!! Even just a short break for 3 days 2 nights, indeed it is a good trip, as I am not only enjoying the sun tanning, massage and foods, what I enjoyed the most is the accompany with my 2 sisters!!! Sad, Nanthini was not there with us.

This is a very relax trip and I do like Koh Samui. Rest assured I will go back again, this time I will plan to stay longer and definitely I stay in the Library!! The place where you will not want to miss. Hmm, and I will also buy more painting. You will not believe that I bought 3 pieces of painting.

Now, I can't wait for my next trip to Bangkok!!!! Hopefully all of my sisters will be able to make it, sure it will be a fun and enjoyable trip. I am so excited, cant wait for it.

"We Are Family"

Is a year by now since I have been transfered to Penang, all these time lucky I have my friend to be with. I will call them as my new family.

A very big THANK YOU to all my new family members, Voon Choong, Wendy, Soo Theng, Nanthini. They have been there for me for all the happy, sad, down period even to support me!!! That's what friend are for.

However Voon Choong have left for Pudong about a month, I miss him. He is not only a housemate to me, but a brother to take care of me and also ensure I am being well taken care off.

Now, I have a new housemate, Angeline. Thank God she don't mind to stay with me, or else I will be home alone.

So, thank you to all and you will always be my family.
